Thank you for shopping with COTIS. Below you will find all the information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
This is normal and depends on the carrier’s system.
We ship internationally. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
Delayed Tracking Updates
In some cases, tracking updates may temporarily stop updating while the package is in transit.
This does not mean the package is lost. Carriers often update tracking information once the package reaches the next sorting facility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your shipment.
Our team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
COTIS cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items stored in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, or customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
