RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURN REQUEST

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Please contact our support team before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

SIZING ISSUES

If the item does not fit as expected, please contact our support team.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement in the correct size
- A discounted reorder
- A partial refund

Our goal is to find the best solution for you.

RETURNS fOR SIZING ISSUES or personal preferences require the item to be shipped back to us before any refund or replacement is issued.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We do not issue refunds or replacements without receiving the returned item. 

A valid tracking number must be provided for all returns. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

REFUNDS

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Item received is defective
- Incorrect item shipped
- Order not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Orders with Shipping Protection are eligible for a replacement or refund in case of delivery issues.

Orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for refunds in case of loss, theft, or damage after shipment.
